Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of virtualstream.cc (the “Site”) and the services offered by VIRTUAL STREAM GENERAL TRADING – L.L.C – S.P.C (“Virtual Stream”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a limited liability company (sole proprietorship company) licensed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (Licence No. CN-5743138). By using the Site or our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Virtual Stream is an online platform that provides housemaid placement and related visa, sponsorship and document processing services to families in the United Arab Emirates. Virtual Stream is an affiliate of Maids.cc. The specific scope, fees and conditions of any service are confirmed with you in writing before the service begins.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false or misleading information.

3. Inquiries, applications and fees

  • Submitting an inquiry or application through the Site does not create a binding agreement until we confirm the service with you in writing.
  • Fees, payment terms and any refund or replacement conditions are set out in your service agreement or written quotation.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents.

4. Visas and compliance

Visa, permit and identity applications are decided by the relevant government authorities. We prepare and submit applications carefully, but we cannot guarantee approval or processing times. Families and housemaids must comply with the laws and regulations that apply to domestic employment in the United Arab Emirates.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design and logos, are owned by or licensed to Virtual Stream and may not be copied or reused without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

6. Third-party services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided for general information on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties about its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Stream is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Virtual Stream against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
